We stayed in this hotel for a few nights and it was a great location for exploring the city. It's within walking distance to the train station and a lot of restaurants on Katamachi Street. the views of the park and garden from our room were also great.

The elevators could be slow during peak times, leading to some frustrating waits.

The hotel's location is excellent as it is very close to restaurants on Katamachi street. The train station and the castle are also nearby. The breakfast is great with a variety of options including delicious croissants, and staff is polite and helpful.

The location was a great choice for my city break. I had easy access to a lot of dining options and a convenience store was nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower had great water pressure. I really appreciated the complimentary bath salts and aroma powders. The view from the room was stunning and overlooked a Japanese style garden and a big park. , the complimentary bike rentals and umbrellas were a really nice touch!

Although the room was fairly clean, I noticed some wear and tear on the bathroom doorframe. the air conditioning didn't seem to cool the room effectively.

Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and had a great experience. the room was spacious and clean, and had a massage chair that was perfect after a long day of sightseeing. the location was ideal, with a convenience store just a few steps away and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. the hotel staff was welcoming and helpful.
